This new video, produced by carers and professionals in West Sussex, is aimed at people who are caring for someone with a functional mental illness (such as depression, schizophrenia, or bi-polar disorder). Combined with the information sheets it covers such issues as:
  • The professionals and what they can do
  • Mediaction
  • Confidentiallity issues
  • The Mental health Act

It also contains extensive tips for coping in carers' own words.
