About school

'How can I make things better for myself?'

Sometimes you may find things become difficult at school because teachers, staff and maybe your friends don't understand why you are tired or distracted.

Some things worth considering could include:
  • Having a good chat with an understanding friend
  • Speaking with a trusted teacher. Remember this doesn't have to be your own teacher, if you get on better with one of the other teachers or staff then talk to them.
  • Having a good think about how you would like things to be different at school and asking for changes
  • Making new friends
  • How to have some fun
  • How you might look after yourself better
  • Coping with feelings of stress
