Your local library may have copies of some of these books, available for loan, or you may be able to request them for a small charge. It is also worth contacting your local Carers Support Service www.westsussexcarers.org.uk, as they also maintain resources for carers to use.

If you are happy to shop online, most of these books can be purchased from online suppliers such as Amazon www.amazon.co.uk, which usually offers books for sale at a discounted rate. These books may also be available to purchase directly from the publishers, or if you have the ISBN number, title and author, you may be able to order them through your local bookshop.

Amazon also provides details of where to obtain second-hand copies of books, which may be a useful or cheaper way to get hold of older books. Alternatively, a website such as Ebay www.ebay.co.uk provides the opportunity to bid for new and second-hand items, including books.
