DVD - Do you care? A guide to improving your caring skills

DVD for carers who look after someone who finds it difficult to get around the house. The aims of the dvd are:

to improve caring skills

to increase confidence

to enhance competence, and

to protect and maintain your wellbeing

The DVD gives step-by-step guides to helping the cared-for person with their daily routines, such as assisting with walking, dressing, bathing, etc. It encourages the cared-for person to do as much as possible for him/herself in order to maintain a degree of independence.
