This diabetes DVD aims to help people with learning difficulties who have Type 2 diabetes.

Health charity Diabetes UK has teamed up with learning disability group Speakup to produce the easy to understand DVD, called Diabetes - Living a healthier Life. It covers a range of topics including an explanation of what Type 2 diabetes is, how to prevent it, how to manage and understand the condition, and the benefits of healthy eating and physical activity.
