Ring around Carers
They're Britain's invisible army of health workers - people who care for friends or family members. Now a new service offers the chance of a regular, friendly chat with other carers.Ring Around Carers is a 'meeting place on the phone' for carers - a new project set up by the BBC and Community Network - the registered charity which runs telephone conferences for other charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Ring Around Carers means that you can meet a group of like-minded people without leaving your home.
If you'd like to find out more about joining Ring Around Carers, please call the BBC Southern Counties Radio Helpline on 0800 88 88 06.
