www.carers.ieThis care at end-of-life website, which focuses on carers in Ireland, aims to raise awareness of the needs of family carers and to give advice on dealing with the financial, emotional and psychological challenges of caring for someone with a life-limiting illness. It has been developed to provide practical information and guidance for people who are caring for someone who has been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and where there is a reasonable possibility that this person will die within six months either at home, hospital or other residential setting.
