There are a wide range of services which may help, such as:·

And training, advice and support to help you communicate and cope.

www.4sightsussex.co.uk - 4SIGHT (formerly the West Sussex Association for the Blind) provides support and information for people with sight difficulties in the county, runs three equipment resource centres, and has details of social clubs for people with visual impairments

www.rnib.org.uk - RNIB (Royal National Institute for the Blind) the UK leading charity giving practical support and advice to anyone with a serious sight problem
