Retirement Pension Protection

People who have caring responsibilities at home can protect their basic Retirement Pension through Home Responsibilities Protection (HRP). This is a scheme to protect the National Insurance contributions of people caring all year round but who may not be eligible to claim the Invalid Care Allowance.
