Home shopping

Internet supermarkets

This page deals with home shopping for groceries and domestic wares. If you have concerns about leaving your home or just can't get out that easily it may be useful to do your shopping by phone or on the internet.

Some of the things to consider and check before you buy may include:
  • How secure is it to make payments over the phone or internet or even on delivery?
  • Can I trust the firm I'm buying from?
  • Does the shop I want to buy from deliver to where I live?
  • How convenient will the delivery times be for you?
  • Will the delivery come with some help to unload the goods?
