The search page
The Search for help page allows you to search for organisations in West Sussex that may be able to help you. When you open the page you will see two drop-down menus and a text box as below, these are the search options.The first drop-down box is labelled Select a service. This allows you to choose the kind of organisations that you would like to search for. If you don't want to select a specific type of service then you can select any service.
The second drop-down box is labelled Select a location and allows you to specify a town where the service is needed. To find organisations across the whole of West Sussex select any location.
The text box allows you to search by a keyword. This may be useful if you are looking for an organisation that can help you with something in particular but you are unsure what type of service to search for. Just type a word or phrase into the keyword text box, for example 'cleaning'. This will find organisations that include that word in their details. You can also use this to search for part of an organisation name if you can't remember the whole name.
You may use as many of these search options as you like. When you are happy with your selections, click the search button. This will take you to the results page.
The results page
You will be presented with a list of organisations that match your search options as below. At the top of the page is a link back to the search page, click this if you would like to search again. The next text tells you what your chosen search options were. Below this, if your search produced more than 25 results, you will see links that allow you to navigate to the next page and back. To view details of an organisation, click the name.The organisation details page
The top of this page will tell you the number of records found and the search options you selected. Below this you will see links to the next and previous organisations details. Use these to browse through the list. To return to the list of organisations on the search results page click list all results.On this page you will see details of the selected organisation including name, contact details, and brief details of the service provided.
At the bottom of the page is a date when the organisation last updated their details.
